Recycled polymer prices in Karachi were unchanged on Thursday as processors continued to buy only what they needed, keeping market sentiment cautious and directionless. Traders said the outlook remains tied to shifts in demand from major end-use sectors.
R-PP injection moulding white held at PKR 295 per kilogram, while the black grade stayed at PKR 260. R-HDPE was assessed at PKR 310 per kilogram for white, PKR 312 for black, PKR 312 for blue, and PKR 308 for red.
R-LDPE natural remained at PKR 339 per kilogram, with liner and honey granules steady at PKR 304. All prices include taxes.
Market participants described the mood as watchful, with most buyers limiting purchases to immediate requirements and waiting for clearer signals on future demand.
