On Monday, ethylene prices in the US were thought to be stable, even though upstream energy values went up. The overall outlook for the market stayed low.
The price of ethylene was set at 16.50–17.00 cents per pound in the FD US Gulf, which is the same as last Friday’s price.
In Asia, on the other hand, ethylene prices were thought to be stable on Monday at the USD 735–745/mt CFR North East Asia levels.
