Last week, propylene prices in Asia showed a mixed trend.
CFR China propylene prices were assessed at USD 730-740/mt, with FOB Korea prices at USD 695-705/mt, representing a USD (+5/mt) increase week on week. The improvements were aided by tighter product supply and a minor increase in regional demand.
CFR Taiwan propylene prices were assessed at USD 730-740/mt levels, down USD (-15/mt) from the previous week as buying attitude remained weak.
FOB Japan propylene prices were stable at USD 695-705/mt levels.
CFR Southeast Asia propylene prices remained stable at USD 775-785/mt.
