Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical (ZPC) has brought its third butadiene (BD) plant in Zhoushan back online following a maintenance turnaround. A Polymerduniya source confirmed that the unit, which had been shut down on June 23, 2025, resumed operations in mid-August 2025. The No. 3 plant boasts a substantial production capacity of 250,000 metric tons per year, reinforcing ZPC’s output capabilities in the aromatics segment.
